Open Interest is a Green Bay group that has won over jazz enthusiasts in and around Wisconsin since 2004. They have gained notoriety as a band equally capable of packing area clubs and performing at major festivals. The group’s sets are a pleasing blend of standards infused with the artists’ dazzling originals and arrangements.

Over the years, Woody has shared the stage and/or recorded with The Doobie Brothers, Cheap Trick, Joe Walsh, Aretha Franklin, James Ingram, Billy Gibbons, Dave Stewart, Chrissie Hynde, and many others. He has played for many Broadway shows, including “The Producers,” “Chicago,” and “Hairspray.” Woody played saxophone with guitarists Larry Carlton and Daryl Stuermer.
